These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services from VisionLeadMagnet LLC ("we", "us", "VisionLeadMagnet"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
VisionLeadMagnet provides commercial cleaning lead generation. Each "lead" is a hand-researched commercial decision maker, including (where available) name, job title, business email, direct phone, the cleaning company they currently use, and the approximate window when their current contract ends.
Each lead is sold only once. After delivery to you, that contact is permanently retired from our inventory. We do not resell, redistribute, or share leads with any other cleaning company.
Leads are delivered within 30 calendar days of purchase. Specific cities, facility types, and contract-end windows you request guide our research but are not guaranteed. If we are unable to source leads matching your stated preferences, we will notify you before delivery and offer either: (a) accept available leads, or (b) a full refund.
If a delivered lead has materially incorrect contact information, OR if the named decision maker is genuinely unreachable after three documented contact attempts within a 30-day window, we will replace that lead at no cost upon receiving your documentation by email.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales are final except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
You may use leads we provide for direct outreach to that decision maker about commercial cleaning services. You may not:
Leads are compiled from a combination of (a) targeted outreach by our research team, and (b) inbound inquiries from our nationwide cleaning marketplace. We are not a public database, scraper aggregator, or data broker. All leads are individually vetted before delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Lead information is researched in good faith and reflects our best understanding at the time of delivery. We make no warranty that any specific lead will be reachable, interested, or convert. Commercial cleaning sales cycles typically run 60–180 days; results depend on your sales process.
You may stop purchasing at any time. We may decline future orders or refund pending orders if we determine in our reasonable discretion that you are violating these Terms. Already-delivered leads remain yours.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date above. Your continued purchase after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
