VisionLeadMagnet LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

From buyers (cleaning company operators)

• Account info you give us: name, business name, email, phone, state, and any preferences you submit through our forms.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We do retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, package purchased).
• Communications: emails or messages you send us.

From website visitors

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer. Used for security and troubleshooting; retained no longer than 90 days.
• Form submissions: contact form, Hot Lead waitlist signups, order forms — captured to fulfill your request.
• Analytics: if/when we add analytics, it will be cookie-less and IP-anonymized (we will not use Google Analytics in its default form).

From decision makers we research

To compile commercial cleaning leads, we collect publicly available business contact information: name, job title, business email, business phone, and the company's commercial cleaning vendor (when discoverable). This is B2B contact data about people in their professional capacity, equivalent to information published on company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, and trade publications.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the leads or services you purchased.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, delivery notifications, replacement-lead documentation requests). We do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
• To maintain security and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting).

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with:

• Service providers we need to operate: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), email delivery providers, our support inbox. Each is contractually bound to use your data only for our services.
• Legal compliance: if required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order). We will notify you unless legally prohibited.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, customer data is one of the transferred assets. We will notify customers of any such transfer.

4. How we protect it

• HTTPS everywhere.
• Payments handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
• Internal access limited to people who need it for their job.
• No retention of payment card data on our systems.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirming it.

5. Data we sell as a product (the leads themselves)

The commercial cleaning leads we deliver to buyers contain B2B contact information about decision makers at commercial facilities. This is publicly available business contact data, used in a B2B sales context. If you are a decision maker who appears in our research and would like to be removed from our database, email info@visioncleaningcompanyllc.com with the subject "Remove from VisionLeadMagnet research" and your business email — we will remove and confirm within 14 days.

6. Your rights

If you're a buyer or visitor

• Access: request a copy of the data we have about you.
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your account data (we will retain transaction records as required by tax law).
• Opt-out of marketing: we don't send unsolicited marketing, but if you ever opt in, you can opt out anytime.

If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the rights above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not "sell" personal information about California residents in the colloquial sense; we do sell B2B contact data as our product, which is excepted from CCPA's "sale" definition under the B2B exemption (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.145(n)).

If you're an EU/UK resident (GDPR/UK GDPR)

You have the rights above plus the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Our lawful basis for processing buyer data is contract performance; for B2B research data, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

7. Cookies

We currently do not set any tracking cookies on this site. Stripe's checkout flow may set cookies necessary for processing your payment; see Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

8. Children

This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date above. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
